Coal is mostly used as fuel in power plants. The proven reserves of coal are 31.35 billion tons, if it is assumed that there are no discoveries of new reserves, the coal will last in 72 years. Therefore, the government through the National Energy Policy No. 79 of 2014 mandates the use of renewable energy at least 23% in 2025 and 31% in 2050. One of the energy sources that is often used as a substitute for fossil energy is water. The energy possessed by water can be used as electricity generation of Hydro Power Plant. Many villages in Indonesia have rivers and irrigation channels that have not been utilized as a new and renewable energy source, especially for micro and pico-scale power plants. One of the irrigations flows that have not been utilized is in the village of Pesucen, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java. The flow of the irrigation canal has a fairly heavy flow so it is suitable for a Pico Hydro Power Plant. This language development disorder can be found in several psychological disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Kid Care Children Therapy Center is a therapy center that has clients with children with various disorders including ASD and ADHD. Therefore, it is important to provide material on children's language development, so that parents get information about the right stimulation for children with language development barriers. Based on the analysis above, the subjects involved in this community service are the parents of clients who are involved in therapeutic activities at the Kid Care Children Therapy Center. This activity was held on Thursday, March 25, 2021 in the form of psychoeducation and was attended by 17 participants. Therefore, pre-marital preparation, providing pre-marital counseling to prevent stunting, provide an understanding of reproductive health. The government is currently trying to achieve the target of reducing stunting prevalence in accordance with the target in the 2020-2024 RPJMN by 14% by the end of 2024. The National Strategy for the Acceleration of Stunting Prevention (Stranas Stunting) has established adolescents as one of the important targets in efforts to accelerate stunting prevention. Therefore, intervention in the adolescent age group, especially adolescent girls, is one of the main interventions that must be carried out in preventing stunting. Actions that need to be taken in overcoming the high prevalence of stunting are prevention. Peningkatan Pemahaman dan Kepedulian Ibu Hamil Trimester III Terhadap Persiapan IMD dan Asi Eksklusif Hidayah, Seventina Nurul Qudriani, Meyliya Nisa, Juhrotun Rahmanindar, Nora Zulfiana, Evi Izah, Nilatul Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (IMD) can prevent prelactal feeding and facilitate the breastfeeding process in the future, especially when exclusive breastfeeding is wanted. The aim of this community service is to directly increase the knowledge of third trimester pregnant women about IMD and exclusive breastfeeding. With this knowledge transfer process, it is hoped that there will be a change in behavior in preparation for breastfeeding. The implementation of the service uses more than one method. On the first occasion, an extension method was carried out with lectures and questions and answers. The second method is used to assess whether the extension material has been understood by the participants, namely a question and answer session. The implementation of community service, namely increasing understanding and awareness of third trimester pregnant women in Jenggawur Village, Pangkah District has been successful well executed. Participants were very enthusiastic in participating in these activities. This can seen from their active participation in asking questions when the resource person delivers theory. Of the 10 questions given, participants managed to answer 8 questions correctly. This service activity is necessary it is followed up with mentoring, because if it is only given counseling, it is feared that it will not be able to implement it properly. Through the dedication that is presented to the village of Tanjung Medan, it can increase the cultural literacy of the community. With a predominantly Muslim area located in Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra Province, the activity was carried out for 3 days starting on 22, 27 August and 05 November 2022 at the Tanjung Medan village office room, West Bilah sub-district, Labuhanbatu district, the benefits of digital literacy to improve culture nasyid and marsanji in the village of Tanjung Medan. The purpose of this community service is to increase knowledge about the culture of the village of Tanjung Medan. The implementation method in the training for cultural literacy activities consists of three stages, the first stage is a practical test, the second stage is an understanding test through pretest and post test regarding Nasyid and Marsanji training. Results from the responses of activity participants There were 0 participants 0% responses who felt unhappy carrying out the activity, 5 participants with a percentage of 25% responded quite happy. 7 participants with a percentage of 35% happy response. 8 Participants with a percentage of 40% very happy response. The conclusion that was obtained was that the nasyid and marsanji cultural training had a positive impact, especially on the people in the village of Tanjung Medan. Suggestions need to be raised again in nasyid and marsanji training to carry out regional culture in the village of Tanjung Medan. Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Pembimbing Olimpiade Sains Nasional di MGMP Biologi SMA/SMK Kota Sabang Safrida, Safrida Husna, Fitrah Asmaul Ikhsan, Ikhsan The city of Sabang has almost never won the Biology Science Olympiad (BSO) at the provincial level. This condition is caused by the quality of the Olympic coaches who are able to compete with other cities. To increase this competitiveness, the ICARE method was used to improve the abilities of Olympiad supervisors under the Biology MGMP SMA/SMK Sabang City. The training method is carried out using the modified ICARE method to increase the effectiveness of the training implementation. The impact of this training, 80% of the participants got their mentoring activity for the first time. All supervisors (100%) experienced an increase in knowledge related to the syllabus, 40% related to the question bank, and 40% related to Olympiads prediction questions. The use of ICARE is able to facilitate training carried out with different age-related training participants. Pelatihan Pembuatan Tes Uraian Berbasis Hard Skills Matematik bagi Guru-Guru SD Swasta IT Darussalam Siregar, Nurdiana The ability of teachers to carry out learning evaluations including making tests based on mathematical hard skills is still low, not all teachers have studied the assessment guidebooks in elementary schools, descriptive tests can identify understanding of mathematical concepts and measure students' problem solving abilities. The solution offered is the provision of training in making descriptive tests based on hard skills mathematics for teachers of SDS IT Darussalam, Deli Tua District. This training method is in the form of lectures, workshops, question and answer, practice, and exercises. The understanding ability of the trainees is 85%, while the results of making essay tests based on mathematical hard skills are 82%. It can be stated that the competence of teachers in making hard skills-based mathematical test descriptions can increase. The absence of a cooperative has caused them to work alone to make and market their products. The marketing aspect is still a concern in this program. SME Bags and Hats in Punggul village have received several pieces of training. They have made a website/blog to display their products, but not optimal because SME owners can not add photos of their new products and fill out the website. Currently, seeing that many people are more familiar with gadgets and the internet, the Punggul village hat bag UKM will be given knowledge and understanding of integrated online marketing through the integration of marketing communications by utilizing Instagram and Whatsapp businesses. The Punggul village bag and hat UKM was given training in digital marketing, making WhatsApp business and Instagram, and designing the advertisement media, such as business cards containing product descriptions and product lists. The training result shows that the average participant satisfaction response is in the high category, which means that participants are generally satisfied with this training activity. Initiated Badan Koordinasi Kegiatan Mahasiswa Teknik Kimia Indonesia - BKKMTKI region 2 in collaboration with Himatemia (Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Kimia) Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang together with the Pendekar Mengajar and the Nusantara Terdidik Foundation. Projects include: introducing simple chemicals, using used materials to make soap, and teaching Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah students equivalent to Elementary Schools. The community service location is in Cibuyutan Village, Bogor Regency. The method used is a straightforward approach following the focus of the community; the teaching part is carried out by the Pendekar Mengajar community and the Nusantara Terdidik Foundation, while the introduction of chemicals by BKKMTKI and Himatemia Unsika. The parameters of success are reviewed from the functionality and the active participation of children; therefore, the activity was successful. The only impediment to the activity lies in access to the village, which hinders mobility. The results show that before participating in the training, teachers have not been able to make interactive teaching modules. Technology itself has an important role because digital-based homestay management can further increase efficiency and integration in homestay management. Because of that, Dian Nuswantoro University partnered with PT Wimbo to design a homestay management information system called SIMBOK-KU. This system makes it easy to monitor reservations, payments, service standards, and even homestay customer satisfaction. On November 12, 2022, this system went live. PkM activities are carried out to help the community with the knowledge possessed by the PkM team as academics. The purpose of the PkM activities being carried out at this time is to help MSME actors who do not have a business license to register their business. It saves time when working without having to meet in person. Consumers who shop at online stores can easily access the online store they want, see the selection of goods and prices purchased, find out the quality of goods from buyer comments and pay. This study discusses the strategy of using online stores as a digital marketing communication tool. In this study, quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods were used. In addition, this study also uses library research techniques to obtain information and reference materials. Data collection procedures were carried out by observing through online shops and library research. The type of data used is qualitative. From the results of the interviews and the data that has been collected, it can be concluded that the diagram showing the color red as Instagram users is more widely used around the school environment so that it greatly influences the ease of online business strategy communication in the North Rantau Vocational High School 1 environment. Pendampingan Masyarakat pada Penyusunan Masterplan Ruang Publik di Perumahan Tulus Harapan Blok C Kota Semarang Wulandari, Astari Maulana, Ahmad Along with the increase in population and the increasing need for facilities, vacant land in residential areas began to be looked at to be developed for meeting halls, communal parking spaces, commercial areas, playgrounds, and productive parks managed by residents. Related to these needs, to support community activities, it is necessary to have a master plan for public open space as a guideline for the use of space in the Tulus Harapan Blok C residence. If the existence of these facilities is not well organized, this residential area will experience a decrease in quality and community activities will not be well accommodated. Seeing this problem, it is necessary to have a guideline in the development of public open space in the Tulus Harapan Residence area in the form of a master plan. Thus, the master plan of public open space has a significant role as a tool for controlling space utilization and grouping facilities in the Tulus Harapan Housing Block C Residence. This community service activity is carried out as an effort to assist academics to housing residents in planning public spaces. The aim of this community service is to create a masterplan of public space development is prepared by the community simply through a mentoring process. Sosialisasi Pencegahan Stunting Melalui Upaya Pemantauan Tumbuh Kembang Balita di TK Aisyiyah Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang Nurdin, Nasrayanti Devi Akib, Resky Ariani Saputri, Chandra Ariyana, Ariyana Stunting is a serious public health problem around the world. One of the targets of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is to eliminate hunger and all forms of malnutrition by 2030. The target to be set by 2025 is to reduce the stunting rate by 40%. Stunting is a condition of length or lack of height when compared to age in children under five due to chronic malnutrition, especially in the first 1000 days of life (HPK). The toddler period is a golden age that is very important for the human life process because this toddler period has a great influence on the success of the child's next growth and development process. Parents and teachers are expected to monitor the growth and development of children. Some of the impacts of children's growth and development that are not suitable for their age include inhibiting brain development. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to conduct growth and development counseling for children under five. This activity was carried out in October 2022 at Aisyiyah Sidenreng Rappang Kindergarten with the target of mothers who have children aged 0-5 years. Mother's activities are in the form of how to check the development and growth of toddlers. The first stage is to show how to monitor the growth and development of toddlers and continued with the second stage of conducting growth checks and camping together between parents and teachers. The results of the examination carried out found that there were some parents who did not understand the growth and development disorders of children and there were toddlers whose nutritional status was lacking.  Early detection of growth and development in toddlers is very important to do as early as possible. Penerapan Konseling KB Menggunakan Strategi Konseling Berimbang KB Pasca Persalinan pada Bidan di Wilayah Bandung Haryani, Lina Cahyati, Nanik Dewi Lestari, Mega The Maternity Guarantee Program (Jampersal) where one of its activities is Postpartum Family Planning services with an emphasis on strategies so that all mothers in childbirth can be assisted by health workers and immediately get Postpartum Family Planning Services. However, this opportunity for postpartum family planning services can be missed if the available health workers do not have sufficient capacity and skills to conduct counseling and provide postpartum family planning services. The counseling method in Postpartum Family Planning Services that is currently being developed is the Balanced Counseling Strategy (Strategi Konseling Berimbang) method which focuses more on patients with a shorter and more effective time so as to enable health workers to provide higher quality counseling. At present the SKB method has not yet been implemented for all patients because there is still a shortage of health workers who have not been exposed to the SKB method. With the existence of community service activities carried out by bachelor of midwifery study programs and the Midwife Profession using training methods for all implementing midwives in the Cimahi and West Bandung regions and it is hoped that this can be done for patients, especially postpartum patients. When the details of a technique have been studied, then this technique will be repeated in a situation when it is necessary to use it. At this time students cannot remember exactly how many times they have repeated a technique. This makes it difficult for instructors to monitor the progress of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu students. In this community service, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructors and students will be provided with a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu mobile application. Starting to only serve the requests of people who are still within the scope of their community or have not yet served the general public, the Culture and Tourism Office of the City of Semarang provides an idea for the development of Mayangsari River Tourism by raising the potential for river tubing attractions, river educational attractions, and culinary tourism attractions. With the progress of the development of the River Tubing tourist village, Mayangsari, which became a finalist for the 2022 great village competition in the category of creative and innovative villages, there were still a number of things that needed to be improved during the investigation stage, namely optimizing digital marketing in making the River Tubing tourist village one of the leading tours. and an independent tourism community that is able to creatively manage the existing innovative potential. Garbage needs to be placed in final disposal sites that have been determined by the government, one of which is TPA Rawa Kucing Tangerang. Rawa Kucing TPA in Neglasari District is a waste disposal area for both organic and non-organic waste in Neglasari, Tangerang. This has made many local residents participate in the management and regulation of waste in Tangerang and in the end many residents work as scavengers. But not only parents but also children are involved in picking up trash. This condition is against the International Labor Organization (ILO) to keep children away from adult work. One of the efforts to realize keeping children away from the waste supply chain at the Rawa Kucing TPA is by holding outreach to parents and children and opening free educational activity facilities as a substitute for the scavenger profession for children. Digitalisasi Hasil Produksi UMKM Bancar Purbalingga untuk Mengoptimalkan Kegiatan Pemasaran Produk Makanan Ringan (Snack) Santoso, Muhammad Hery Mutiasari, Mutiasari Utami Rahmawati, Herni Hasanah, Nurul Guntoro, Guntoro MSMEs are able to drive the economy and lure other sectors to grow, develop and reduce unemployment and poverty. This sector can absorb a large enough workforce and provide opportunities for MSMEs to develop and be able to compete with other companies. However, since 2020, when the Covid 19 pandemic occurred in Indonesia, the MSME sector has suffered a severe blow and many have even gone out of business due to restrictions on community movements or PPKM. In this post-pandemic situation, the community service team is trying to help MSMEs by conducting business training and mentoring so they can rise from adversity. The partners for this community service activity are MSME actors in snacks in the form of egg rolls, chips, cheese macaroni, shredded and nastar in Bancar Purbalingga Village whose products are still marketed in a limited manner within the Banyumas residency. So far, marketing activities have been carried out by word of mouth and placed in customer stores, making it difficult to increase sales and develop their business. Methods for implementing community service include (1) situation analysis and identification of partners' problems, (2) determining problem solutions and activity achievement targets, and (3) activity evaluation. The solution offered is to increase marketing activities which have an impact on increasing business productivity and sales turnover by implementing digitization of MSME products. Conduct training and mentorship to partners regarding the use of websites to promote products digitally. The results of this activity are expected to (1) increase partners' understanding and knowledge regarding the importance of product digitization for more efficient marketing, (2) have a digital product catalog (3) increase the reach of promotions because they are carried out via the internet and social media networks. The current implementation of village fund management refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration (PDTT) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2021 concerning Priority for Using Village Funds with village authority. PPM activities have been carried out smoothly and have provided Village Apparatus knowledge and skills regarding village financial management according to Permendes PDTT no 7 of 2021 Village apparatus should consistently implement the role of Village Accounting within the Village government environment in accordance with existing regulations. The results of this service can also be concluded that village financial management is a form of village accountability to the community and the central government. Progressive physical decline, decreased functional capacity, and the emergence of many diseases are the physiology of the aging process, the effects of aging on the neuromuscular system are related to degeneration of motor neurons and decreased muscle fibers, the number and size of which will have an impact on loss of muscle performance and will affect the independence of the elderly. Physical activity/exercise is considered as one of the main strategies to ward off physical disorders. The purpose of this service is to conduct counseling and apply elderly gymnastics, so that the elderly understand the importance of physical activity, one of which is elderly exercise which is useful for improving health and preventing the onset of ongoing diseases. The first stage of this activity is providing counseling, then measuring blood pressure before doing gymnastics, then lecturers and students together with the elderly do gymnastics, and after that blood pressure is measured again. The results of this dedication are expected to increase motivation for the elderly to do elderly exercise at least three times a week so as to improve the status of independence of the elderly and the quality of life of the elderly. This community service activity is carried out by providing counseling in the form of information dissemination for students at school. Through this activity, it is hoped that teachers can convey information related to how to minimize bullying that occurs in schools against students. The participants in this community service activity totaled 25 students from SD Al-Ittihadiyah. The results of this community service showed the active participation of students, where as many as 10 students asked questions related to bullying material and 3 teachers asked questions about what is the role of teachers or schools in helping students to reduce bullying that occurs in schools. From the questions asked, there was active interaction between the resource person and the participants interspersed with games and games to warm up the atmosphere. However, in their preparation, students are often trapped in unintentional acts of plagiarism, namely copying and pasting a written work without putting in the source. Therefore, the existence of a software that functions as a "citation & reference manager" is a necessity. The Mendeley application helps students in inserting, writing, and formatting citations. This Community Service activity was held on Tuesday, June 7 2022 and was presented in the form of a workshop involving 40 final year Bachelor of Pharmacy students. The method of implementing the activity is divided into 3 systematic stages, namely education, device installation, and practice using Mendeley. The survey method was used to evaluate the results of the activity by distributing questionnaires to all participants before and after attending the training. The results of this activity were that after attending the training, all participants can use the Mendeley application well, starting from software installation on their respective devices, creating accounts, synchronizing the Mendeley application on MS Word, online library searches, and making bibliography automatically. with a customized citation style. The conclusion based on the survey results showed that there was a significant increase in the understanding and ability of Megarezky University Pharmacy students after attending the training. This shows that this activity has a positive impact in helping students manage citations and references in preparing their final project to avoid plagiarism. Based on the background of partner problems, this PKM activity specifically aims to provide additional insight to farmer groups regarding the importance of technological developments in the world of agriculture, especially for indoor farming implementation. If material that students have not understood is left or ignored, mathematics will become a mystery forever to him. Therefore it is necessary to immediately assist students who have difficulty in learning mathematics material. The solution offered is to apply learning assistance in the form of tutoring activities where the material is explained again, students are guided and trained to solve questions, which is done continuously and repeatedly until the student is able to independently answer the questions correctly. The learning assistance activities that have been carried out have had an impact on students in grades V and VI who have difficulty in adding and subtracting fractions, seen from an average of 17 to 96. Student learning outcomes have increased after the learning assistance activities, out of 16 students there were 14 students who scored 90 and 100, and two others scored 80. Workshop Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Pembayaran SHP Versi 1.0 Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Hemat Saputra, Imam Ulfa, Kurnia Siregar, Annisa Fadillah Koperasi Unit Desa Hemat  in collaboration with PT. Sago Nauli to process the results of oil palm plantations owned by local residents with a plasma oil palm plantation system, namely oil palm plantations owned by residents whose maintenance and development are carried out by PT. Sago Nauli through the mediation of Koperasi Unit Desa Hemat. manages 684 plots of land or the equivalent of 1368 hectares of oil palm land, and has 762 active members. The remaining Production Results (SHP) are always distributed to members of the oil palm land owners regularly in the middle of the month. Each member has a book that is used as evidence as well as a book to write down the distribution of SHP data. The writing in the book still uses a manual method so it is prone to errors or data falsification. Therefore a computer-based system is needed to minimize errors or falsification of data. Another obstacle faced is the unstable supply of electricity and frequent blackouts, making the use of electrically sourced electronic goods vulnerable to damage. Therefore, a reliable information system is needed that can be used to overcome errors that occur and can withstand unstable and frequent power outages. The implementation of this training program lasted for 2 days, due to the limited time of the participants in this community service activity. the implementation of activities is carried out at the Savings Village Unit Office. The training program is carried out by explaining as well as simulating the use of the SHP payment information system. By knowing and understanding the steps for using the Remaining Production Payment Information System (SHP), the management of the Cahaya Village Cooperative Unit no longer needs to record transactions manually to book members, printing member books can be done through the system that has been built. One of the learning media that can be used by teachers is the Google Slides application. This application can be used when the teacher presents or explains material to students in an attractive appearance and can make the class atmosphere active and enthusiastic. The current problem is that there are still many SD ALwashliyah 13 teachers who do not understand learning media in the form of Google Slides. Especially in the field of informatics technology such as computers and websites, computers are the most advanced technological development media that are widely used by the general public for processing data with supporting software contained in the computer itself. In this era of globalization, the progress of information technology is very rapid, we can find information easily by utilizing internet facilities. The website is one of the clear evidence of the development of computer technology, where the website is a service that can be accessed by any media. Kerawan Trade Village is a village located in Tanjung Morawa sub-district, Deli Serdang district, North Sumatra province, where in the Kerawan trade village there are several hamlets in it. Many activities are carried out by the people who live in the Kerawan trade village such as youth organizations, UKM activities or products and handicrafts produced by the local community. Every activity, product or handicraft produced should be published to the general public in order to increase the selling value of the Kerawan Trading Village or the sale of products or crafts. Kerawan trading village apparatus has planned the development of rural areas as one of the foundations for village economic growth in the long term by relying on the resources available in the village, one of which is the existence of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). So we need a media called the village website as a place or promotional media about all forms of activities carried out by people who live in the Kerawan trade village. The village website is an online-based portal or site in which there is public information about village activities, both in terms of administrative, social, cultural, institutional and other information related to the village. The implementation team has succeeded in creating and also building a Website for Desa Dagang Kerawan. Village officials and also the people of Dagang Kerawan Village have a website as a medium for promoting activities, products and also crafts produced by the local community. Sosialisasi Pendidikan Karakter Bagi Generasi Muda di Kelurahan Majapahit Kota Lubuklinggau Sukenda Egok, Asep Hajani, Tri Juli This community service activity (PKM) aims to determine the benefits of character education socialization activities for the younger generation in Majapahit Village, Lubuklinggau City. The foundation of the main goal is of course that character education remains a priority for the people of Majapahit Village, Lubuklinggau City. The implementation method is a field study using a qualitative design. Data is obtained from interview studies, joint discussions with partners and looking for relevant source references. The results of community service (PKM) are that the people of Lubuklinggau City, especially Majapahit Village, must continue to protect themselves from the influence of the times. Various community activities that can shape character in themselves must continue to be improved. Positive activities such as diligent study for young people, enlivening the Mosque for Muslims, and helping neighbors in difficulty must be done. This is certainly very positive amid the influence of increasingly sophisticated times. The utilization of technology for the younger generation can also be done while still being well controlled. This is because sometimes technology makes children forget to study. The role of parents in providing guidance and control of children is very necessary. In conclusion, as the next generation of the nation, young people must be able to do positive things. Located near the tourist area of the River Tubing Mayangsari and the historical monument Tugu Suharto with easy road access and busy road activity from the Sam Poo Kong tourist road and Kreo Cave to the Gajahmungkur-Gunung Pati area, which is a hilly area of many public and private universities in Semarang City. In the field, it can be seen that the productivity of the surrounding community has not seen the potential of this area to be used as an attraction to come. One of the solutions starts with mobilizing housewives by providing knowledge and skills through shibori and marketing training, as well as solutions for dealing with the effects of post-pandemic conditions by increasing productivity to advance the welfare and economy of local regional families.
